Located in central Subiaco, we knew this property called extra special charm! Boasting high ceilings, a built-in statement fireplace, a kitchen suited to a chef and an incredible deluxe master bedroom with storage to last a life-time; this property really did have it all. We fell in love with the stunning green vines that wrapped around the external walls – you couldn’t help but feel like you were on holiday in a deluxe European Haven.
We wanted to execute a style which went hand in hand with the sleek and sophisticated overall design of the property. Due to the spacious living areas throughout, we carefully selected and positioned our furniture to create an open flow layout, whilst also focusing on connecting the space as one. Incorporating warm wood tones, mixed with clean lines and neutral hues, we created the perfect palette. It’s not often you come across properties as unique as this one – it was truly something special and an absolute delight to style.
