A unique Spanish inspired home

This unique Spanish inspired home was styled by us last year and was designed and built by architect Julia Elischer in 1976. Showcasing stunning features left, right and centre; prepared to be blown away. One of the most unique aspects of this property was the octagonal architecture. This innovative 360 degree design created a breathtaking lightwell that beamed in natural light from every angle.

On the ground floor you will find the hub of the home- with no shortage of entertaining space! With an open plan family, separate theatre room and a spacious kitchen (including a separate walk-in refrigerated wine cellar), this home ticks all the right boxes.

Our furniture and design concept included incorporating earthy, natural elements combined with luxurious statement pieces. The geometric design required strategic and well-thought out furniture selections. We wanted to create a layout that wouldn’t close off the external courtyard, as we wanted to keep the beautiful stone water fountain as our focal point.
This property is for those who are wanting to step out of their comfort zone and experience a home like no other.
