FHSA was approached by the owner of 3 new townhouses in Northstead Street who wanted to sell quickly and achieve cut through in a flooded marketplace. Of the three houses, two were styled by FHSA which saw a significant leap in interest levels versus comparable properties.
The owners felt that the simple, contemporary styling aptly captured the feel of the suburb and created real interest from potential buyers.
